First Day of Preschool

Today was Brent's first day of preschool and he did really well. When we first got there Elsa pushed him and instead of using his first instinct of hitting her back he told her, "We don't push at preschool." I was very proud of him. He learn about the class rules and the letter A. He had a cute alligator out of a close pin. When he got home he could not stop talking about preschool and "show in tell". He took his airplane to show because it starts with the letter A. We will see how he does on Monday when I teach. To celebrate his first day of school we went to Panda Express for dinner and then to Yogurtland for dessert. Brent got pink yogurt (aka strawberry) with m&m's, while I got blood orange with french vanilla. It was like a creamsicle but more tart. To end the day we played outside until almost 7:30 pm. While I was putting Gavin down for bed Brent fell asleep on the couch. Both boys in bed and asleep by 8 pm, heavenly.

Brent wanted me to take a picture of his Buzz Lightyear backpack.
Before he left for school.
