A Day in Pasadena

We are sure enjoying Ryan being home by 6 every night and weekends off. So we took advantage of it yesterday by going to Pasadena to try out this ice cream shop. Of course we picked the Hottest day to go. It was 108 degrees. We first stopped off at Garfield Park to have a picnic lunch and play. But that didn't last very long before we headed to get some ice cream at the Fair Oaks Pharmacy. Then we took a short drive to see the Rose Bowl. Maybe we can go back and do some shopping when it is not so Hot!

The Guys
Me and the boys.

Brent and his 1 scoop pink ice cream.
A 2 scoop banana, brownie and hot fudge Sundae.
The end result.

Those are the largest scoops of ice cream I've ever seen! I would love to go there sometime when we can come and visit. Looks like fun.

Glad you guys liked it. I was a little nervous we over-hyped the place. Your boys are sure cute and getting so big.
