It's Brent. The other morning I woke up and headed for the bathroom on my way I heard someone knocking on Brent's door. I wonder who it could be, that's right it was Brent. He has master the art of climbing out of his crib. It has been a struggle the last couple of days to keep him in his crib for naps and bedtime. I only know that it is going to get worst before it gets better. Last night he most have gotten out 20 times before he went to sleep, he thought it was a hilarious game. So if anyone has any suggestions let us know. Here's a partial video of the escapee.

Of course I haven't tried this...but I've heard that it doesn't do any good to keep puting them back because of the "game" issue.
What is generally recommended is that you just leave them alone in their room until they fall asleep on the floor and move them back in.
Then there's the safety issue...I would probably either move him to a toddler bed (good luck!) or I would buy a crib tent and zip him in.
Sounds like it's time for a big boy bed. Danika was in one at 15 months. I would put her to bed and then sit on the floor looking down at the ground. If she got out I would say, "Bed time". And then put her back in. She only got up once or twice and it got to the point where I didn't have to sit in on the floor waiting for her to fall asleep anymore. The problem with letting them fall asleep wherever is that they often fall asleep at the door and it can be a real problem getting it open with them in the way. Best of luck!
