Injury after Injury

The week of injuries or should I say a couple of days of injuries. It all started on Monday when I was vacuuming the air out of a storage bag. Brent lost his balance and whacked his head on the vacuum cleaner causing a cut on his forehead. It bled and swelled up. On Tuesday at playgroup he scraped his knee on cement stairs. On Wednesday he hurt himself twice within a few minutes of each other. Brent likes to swing on the "big kids" swings. But he has his own way of swinging, laying on his stomach. He usually does it. But on Wednesday he took a nose dive off of the swing. His upper lip swelled and received a cut. Also the inside of his mouth was bleeding a lot. A little bit later Brent was running sooo fast on the sidewalks around the playground he tripped and fell. He tried to brace his fall with his hands but instead hit his head and then bounced onto his back. Now he has a scrape on the other side of his forehead. Yesterday Brent was playing in the bushes like he always does when a bush jumped out and hit him in the back of the head causing a red bump.

This is how Brent swings.
Here is forehead from the vacuum cleaner. The scratch on his nose is from church on Sunday.
This is Brent's swallow and cut lip.
This is a picture of everything except his knee. Brent is to ashamed to look at the camera.

Hi Stephanie!!! I found your blog thanks to Keri. By the way, it doesn't get better. If Brent is anything like Jackson- and most of the stories your mother tells are very similar- a good concusion is in his future. I'm guessing around 2 years old.
